Last night we were reading books sitting in the rocking chair when we finished reading this is how the conversation went..
Sophia: Mom, I love dad.
Me: I know baby, I love dad too.
Sophia: Mom, I want to go where dad is.
Me: I know baby but dad is working far far away.
Sophia: Mom, can we go to the airport and find an airplane to take us to dad?
Me: No baby, I'm sorry we can't go visit dad right now...
Sophia: Mom, I miss my dad....
Me: I know baby, he misses us too..
Ughhhhh. Heartbreak.
